LO1 Task 1: KTA 1: Industry Research/Write up of Professional

Before creating the website, Nick Bax worked at Designers Republic a graphic design company in Sheffield. While working at Designers Republic he designed websites and apps for business ideas suitable and worked with many different bands and video gaming companies.

      Human has worked with many different companies and created projects such as Show reel, The University of Sheffield, A city in context, Computer love and Festival of the mind just to name a few and the Graphics they have created for each project have been amazing.


Nigel Stafford.
Nigel is a graphic designer and occasionally a photographer for clear channel outdoor. He also does freelance work in these areas and is a producer at gadget boy. In the past he has worked with David Beckham and Justin Timberlake designing logos/ campaigns and doing photography. 
Broadcasting campaigns probably have about 200 different adverting places that can cost up to ¼ million depending on the location and size of advertisement. Out of home (OOH) advertisement has become very popular over the years meaning Nigel has created a lot of graphics for different companies.

When designing logo’s Nigel has to remember:
Audience- sex, age, socio economic group
Enviroment- Roadside, head-on/conra, ambient
Dwell time- Short, long, extended.
